About Hooper Hill Forestry

Jordan King, Owner, Hooper Hill Forestry

Jordan King has worked in the forest for most of his life. As a child and teenager, he learned to operate logging and construction equipment while working for his father’s excavation business. In 2010, Jordan graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Thompson School of Applied Science with an Associate Degree in Forest Technology. Between 2009-2015, Jordan worked for a forest resource consultant company, performing a wide variety of land management services with a client base of 65,000 acres. Jordan received his professional license to practice forestry in 2014. Later, he spent two years logging, which refined his timber preparation skills. In 2017, Jordan founded Hooper Hill Forestry with the intent of helping landowners and families sustainably manage their forests for generations to come. When Jordan is not working, he is an avid outdoorsman who appreciates all facets of nature.
